We will inform you immediately if we are unable to fill your order. Please understand that the items sold on this site are available in limited quantities and at times for a limited period. Because each item of merchandise is individually handcrafted, we cannot guarantee the color, details, or texture will be exactly as shown. Understand that variances in monitors will at times affect the colors shown slightly.

Placing an Order
All items can be ordered through this web site or by calling the studio at 440.886.5158. Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 days and you will be notified by email upon receipt of payment and again when the order is shipped. There will be a $30.00 fee for any returned check. We ship the United States through the U. S. Postal Service using First Class Mail and should receive your package within 2 - 5 business days, however should you need rush delivery please advise us and we will quote you the additional fee.

Returns and/or Refunds
Blue Orchid Handbags is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you find your order was damaged during shipment or you need to return the item for other reasons, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Understand that merchandise must not be worn or used, credits will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
