Vision Statement: Blue Orchid Handbags will become the place for women to shop when looking for affordable, fashionable and distinctive bags and accessories. Our goal is to provide customers with a wide variety of choices and allow them to easily customize the look they want.
Unique
Keep in mind that each bag is handcrafted individually. This means that sizes are approximate and pattern placement will vary from one bag to the next. If you wish for a specific size and pattern placement we will do what we can do accommodate you. Please contact us with your specifics!
Ordering & Shipping
Orders can be securely completed online. We utilize PayPal payments thereby ensuring all transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. Orders may also be submitted by e-mail, mail or phone. Please include all your information when corresponding. We will e-mail you the confirmation receipt within 1 business day.
Items are shipped within 7-10 business days of payment. Custom orders typically require 2 weeks. We send all packages out via USPS Mail. We will e-mail you tracking information if requested at time of order. If you send a check or money order please remember we need to wait for bank clearance.
We will add at check-out the following shipping fees:
Under $40 - $6.50
$41 - $100 - $8.00
$101 - $300 - $12.50
$301 and over – free shipping.
International orders are welcome and will be shipped by Global Priority mail. A flat rate of $15 will be added at checkout and additional shipping charges will be calculated for individual orders and all countries.
Return Policy
Before making a Blue Orchid purchase, please make sure to double check the bag measurements. We will work with you to create the size bag you need along with pattern placement, but will not accept returns for incorrect size or pattern placement. These are unique and handcrafted items. Of course defective merchandise will be replaced or credited without handling or shipping charges.
Gift Certificates
Please supply us with the name, address and amount you would like to give and we will send a gift certificate to you or your recipient. Gift certificates arrive gift wrapped!
Custom
If you prefer a particular style in a different fabric just let us know! We love custom orders and will work with you to design the bag or accessory you have in mind. We can e-mail fabric images or mail you swatches of fabric choices. We will make it easy, we promise!
Brides and the Bridal Party
The newest trend in bridal party gifts are handbags. We can work with you to create bags for the bride and the bridal party that span more than just the wedding day. We design stylish handbags which can be carried long after. Contact us with your requests and we will work with you on making something special.
Privacy Policy
We will never sell, trade or give away your private information to anyone. Your name, address, credit card number, and all other personal information are absolutely confidential. We do not keep your personal information including your credit card on file and only maintain an e-mail list for those who have requested to receive our newsletter.
Wholesale
To request information on how you can carry Blue Orchid Handbags and accessories in your store contact us with your name, store name, phone, and address. Wholesale orders typically require 2-3 weeks from time of order confirmation.
