How does the order process work?

If you see an item you are interested in, select the purchase button and enter the amount. This places the product into your shopping basket. To review your basket at any time click shopping basket at the top of the page. When you are done shopping click 'checkout'. This will take you to the Paypal site where you will begin the checkout process. If you already have a Paypal account simply log in. If you are new to Paypal, no problem, Paypal will guide you through the process. When the process is complete you will be given an order number and an invoice will be emailed to you.

Do I need to have a Paypal account?

No! Simply input your payment method. That's it! Safe and Secure.

Is Paypal secure?

Do we charge sales tax?

Only for those orders shipped within Ohio. All others are responsible for paying any tax due.

What is the method of shipping?

We ship all items USPS First Class Mail within the United States. For all other areas please contact the studio. You should receive your order within 2 - 5 business days after shipment. Should you need rush delivery, please advise. Gift wrapping is also available at no additional charge!
